Lazy Sunday Stretch

Lazy Sunday Stretch was created as a space to slow down, unwind, and gently restore your body after a busy week. Each session focused on easing tension through long, mindful stretches and flowing mobility work, helping to release tightness in the spine, hips, and shoulders.

With calm music, soft pacing, and guided breathing, these classes encouraged relaxation and awareness, leaving you feeling open, lengthened, and deeply rested. Whether used as recovery after your Pilates practice or simply as time for yourself, Lazy Sunday Stretch offered the perfect reset — a moment of stillness to reconnect with your body and breathe deeply before the week ahead.

Classes run on select Sundays from 8.00–9.00am live, or you can book in to receive the recording and stretch at your own convenience. Recordings are available for 7 days. Booking is available through Momence — search for Lazy Sunday Stretch to reserve your space.

Live Series Recordings

At the end of each Pilates series, I create a special recorded class that brings together the best elements of the previous weeks. These recordings are designed to help you continue your practice at home, maintain your progress, and keep the momentum going during the break between live series.

Each recording can be purchased, downloaded, and kept for ongoing use — allowing you to revisit familiar movements, refine your technique, and enjoy the flow of the series in your own time and space. It’s a lovely way to stay connected to your practice and to the rhythm of The Breathe Collective, even when classes pause.

Summer Foundations

The Summer Foundations Recording is a complete back-to-basics session that reconnects you with the heart of Pilates, breath, alignment, and core awareness. Perfect for beginners or experienced students wanting to revisit and refine their technique, this class builds the strong, intelligent foundation every body needs.

You’ll explore breath and pelvic floor connection, then move through carefully layered sequences to develop deep core stability, balance, and postural control. Expect smooth transitions through scissors and roll-ups, seated balance work to prepare for Teaser and Seal, bridge layers for hip strength, side-lying sequences for stability, and finishing movements like Swan prep and spine stretch to leave you long, open, and mobile.

This is the class to return to whenever you want to reconnect with your body, reset your technique, and move with greater awareness and ease.

Breath & Body Flow

This beautifully balanced recorded class brings together the essence of the full six-week Breath and Body Flow series into one complete practice. You’ll move mindfully through a sequence designed to restore alignment, release tension, and build strength from the inside out.

The session begins with grounding breath work and gentle mobility to reconnect body and mind, before flowing into controlled Pilates-based movements that strengthen your core, open the hips and shoulders, and enhance posture and stability. It closes with deep relaxation to leave you centred, calm, and energised.

Perfect for both new and returning students, this recording offers a full-body reset you can return to again and again, helping you maintain your practice, confidence, and sense of balance wherever you are, whenever you need it.
