About Breathe Out Pilates

Live Classes

My Pilates classes are welcoming, holistic, and designed to meet you where you are. Each session blends mindful movement with a physiotherapist’s eye for detail, helping you build strength, mobility, and control in a way that feels personal and supportive. I’m not fixed to my mat — I’ll be alongside you, guiding and encouraging throughout. Classes begin with gentle preparation, flow through adaptable movements inspired by Joseph Pilates, and finish with calm and relaxation to restore balance.

Class Structure

Each course, usually running in blocks of six or seven classes, is designed to strengthen your core, improve spinal mobility, and support good posture and back care. Every class begins with gentle preparation to warm and mobilise the body, bringing attention to posture, alignment, core activation, and mindful movement. We then explore layers of exercises inspired by Joseph Pilates’ original work, presented in a way that allows you to progress at your own pace. Each session closes with a period of rest and relaxation, giving time for reflection and focused breathing.

Personal Growth Philosopy

I believe in progress - not perfection. Things improve when you lean into the edges of your ability and grow from there.

We are all different in so many ways and its important to me that everyone's practice is unique to them. I aim to encourage this through-out class, promoting personal individualised growth.

Past Series Examples


Stretch, Strengthen and Stabilise


 This six-week course focused on developing strong postural awareness and core stability while improving flexibility and body control. Each class began with standing and seated alignment work to help participants recognise their individual postural patterns and learn how to make small, effective corrections.

We then moved into gentle stretching and spinal mobility sequences, encouraging fluid movement and freedom through the hips, shoulders, and back. The main section of each class built strength and control through targeted core work, combining traditional Pilates exercises with subtle progressions to challenge balance and coordination at each person’s level.

Sessions closed with guided relaxation and breathing practice, allowing time for the body to release and the mind to settle. By the end of the course, participants had improved their movement awareness, posture, and confidence, leaving each week feeling more balanced and connected.

Introducing the Summer Flow Series – a dynamic program designed to build strength, heat, and flexibility through continuous, flowing movements that mobilise joints, muscles, and fascia.


Fluid Movement: This series focuses on transitioning smoothly from one pose to the next, creating a powerful flow that generates heat while building full-body strength and mobility.


Full-Body Activation: Each session will engage muscles, improve joint mobility, and release tension in the fascia, promoting flexibility and range of motion.


Heat & Strength: Through flowing sequences, you'll build endurance and strength while maintaining fluidity, leaving you feeling energised and revitalised.


Pilates Principles: Perfecting Posture & Precision


"Pilates Principles: Perfecting Posture & Precision" is a series designed for both beginners and experienced practitioners to strengthen core techniques and explore the transformative power of Pilates fundamentals.


Deepen Your Practice: Whether you're just starting out or refining your skills, this series offers tools to enhance your practice.


Master the Basics: Each class will focus on alignment, breath control, precision, and flow, covering essential exercises that form the foundation of advanced Pilates.


Improve Technique: Revisiting fundamentals helps correct common mistakes, improve performance, and reduce injury risk. Challenge your body to prioritise quality over quantity!
