My classes are holistic and tailored to your individual needs. I limit the class sizes to ensure everyone receives the personal attention needed to gain maximum benefit from every class.
You wont find me stuck to my mat throughout my classes, giving instruction and saying 'look at me', Ill be by your side teaching you how to generate a little more power, a little more movement, a little more control.
Begin each class with a warm-up phase, preparing your body and mind for the exercises ahead. Engage in mindful movements that not only stretch your body but also soothe your soul. Drawing inspiration from Joseph Pilates' original exercises, Ive curated a set of movements that you can adapt and progress at your own pace. Conclude every session with a moment of relaxation, allowing you to reflect on your journey and focus on deep, rhythmic breathing.
.Each course, usually in a block of 6 classes, is designed to strengthen your core, increase spinal mobility and help maintain good posture and back care.
Each class will start with a preparation phase to get your body warm and mobilised and focus on mindful movement, stimulating your relaxation centres.
Then we will explore layers of exercises, all derived from Joseph Pilates original exercises, presented in a way that you can progress at your own level.
Lastly I always end on a phase of rest and relaxation, reflection and focus on the breath.
I believe in progress - not perfection. Things improve when you lean into the edges of your ability and grow from there.
We are all different in so many ways and its important to me that everyone's practice is unique to them. I aim to encourage this through-out class, promoting personal individualised growth.

This series is designed to help both rookies and aficionado’s, strengthen their core techniques and discover the trans-formative power of Pilates fundamentals.

Physio inspired Instruction: I’ve been leading classes for over a year and using Pilates principles in my work as a Physiotherapists for over 20 years. I strive to ensure that you receive knowledgeable guidance and personalised feedback.
Deepen Understanding: Whether you’re a newcomer aiming to set a strong foundation or a seasoned practitioner looking to refine your skills, this series will provide you with the tools to enhance your practice.
Focus on Core Principles: Each class will focus on key elements such as proper alignment, breath control, precision and flow. We will explore essential exercises and sequences that are the building blocks of all advanced Pilates work.
Improved Technique: Revisiting the basics will help correct common mistakes and improve your overall technique, leading to better performance and reduced risk of injury. As many of you know I’ve learnt this about myself just recently - the body is sneeky!, it will always try to find a cheat way to produce movement and offer the perception of quantity over quality. This series will challenge that in all of us!

Adult classes for all types of rehabilitation needs. Small classes with correction and facilitation, helping each participant get the most from their practice. Available at the South West MS Centre Tuesdays and Wednesdays 12:45-13:45pm £10per session)

Private 1:1 sessions. Recommended for more complex rehabilitation needs and those seeking the ultimate holistic experience. Available on request.
