My classes are holistic and tailored to your individual needs. I limit the class sizes to ensure everyone receives the personal attention needed to gain maximum benefit from every class.
You wont find me stuck to my mat throughout my classes, giving instruction and saying 'look at me', Ill be by your side teaching you how to generate a little more power, a little more movement, a little more control.
Begin each class with a warm-up phase, preparing your body and mind for the exercises ahead. Engage in mindful movements that not only stretch your body but also soothe your soul. Drawing inspiration from Joseph Pilates' original exercises, Ive curated a set of movements that you can adapt and progress at your own pace. Conclude every session with a moment of relaxation, allowing you to reflect on your journey and focus on deep, rhythmic breathing.
.Each course, usually in a block of 6 classes, is designed to strengthen your core, increase spinal mobility and help maintain good posture and back care.
Each class will start with a preparation phase to get your body warm and mobilised and focus on mindful movement, stimulating your relaxation centres.
Then we will explore layers of exercises, all derived from Joseph Pilates original exercises, presented in a way that you can progress at your own level.
Lastly I always end on a phase of rest and relaxation, reflection and focus on the breath.
I believe in progress - not perfection. Things improve when you lean into the edges of your ability and grow from there.
We are all different in so many ways and its important to me that everyone's practice is unique to them. I aim to encourage this through-out class, promoting personal individualised growth.
Stretch, Strengthen and Stabilise
September - October 2024
This course is designed to help you build a solid foundation in core control, posture, and flexibility while gradually progressing to more dynamic and challenging movements. This 6-week course is perfect for anyone looking to improve their overall strength, mobility, and stability, with a focus on safe, effective techniques.
Each session will begin with postural alignment, helping you understand and correct your posture in both seated and standing positions. You'll then move into a gentle stretching and mobilising section to warm up the body, improve flexibility, and release tension.
As the class progresses, we'll focus on core control and strength—the foundation of Pilates. You'll work on engaging and activating your core muscles, improving your balance and stability, and building strength that supports everyday movement.
Each session will finish with a relaxation and release segment, designed to help you unwind and integrate the benefits of the class. Through mindful breathing and gentle stretches, you’ll leave feeling refreshed, centred, and calm.
Whether you are new to Pilates or looking to refine your practice, this course offers a well-rounded approach to stretching, strengthening, and stabilising your body for improved posture, balance, and overall well-being.

Introducing the Summer Flow Series – a dynamic program designed to build strength, heat, and flexibility through continuous, flowing movements that mobilise joints, muscles, and fascia.
Fluid Movement: This series focuses on transitioning smoothly from one pose to the next, creating a powerful flow that generates heat while building full-body strength and mobility.
Full-Body Activation:Each session will engage muscles, improve joint mobility, and release tension in the fascia, promoting flexibility and range of motion.
Heat & Strength: Through flowing sequences, you'll build endurance and strength while maintaining fluidity, leaving you feeling energised and revitalised.

"Pilates Principles: Perfecting Posture & Precision" is a new series designed for both beginners and experienced practitioners to strengthen core techniques and explore the transformative power of Pilates fundamentals.
Deepen Your Practice: Whether you're just starting out or refining your skills, this series offers tools to enhance your practice.
Master the Basics: Each class will focus on alignment, breath control, precision, and flow, covering essential exercises that form the foundation of advanced Pilates.
Improve Technique: Revisiting fundamentals helps correct mistakes, improve performance, and reduce injury risk. Challenge your body to prioritize quality over quantity!

Adult classes for all types of rehabilitation needs. Small classes with correction and facilitation, helping each participant get the most from their practice. Available at the South West MS Centre Tuesdays and Wednesdays afternoons
Private 1:1 sessions. Recommended for more complex rehabilitation needs and those seeking the ultimate holistic experience. Available on request.
